Accomodations
- Are the rooms paid for or are we paying on our own?
- All rooms and taxes are on the master and paid for the duration of the meeting. However, if you extend your stay before or after, you will be personally responsible for the cost of the room/tax for the extended stay.
- When do I receive my hotel confirmation number?
- Confirmation numbers will be sent to you directly no later than Thursday, July 19. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- How do I make dinner reservations for Sunday or Monday?
- You may request assistance with dinner reservations for Sunday, July 22 or Monday, July 23 by contacting Global Travel at xxx@fedex.com or (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
Activities
- How do I change my activity choice?
- Unfortunately, since we prepaid for the activities selected, we cannot allow changes once you’ve made your choice. You can, however, swap with someone else. A Post Board will be provided by the Registration area to post any requests, etc.
Air: Commercial or Commercial Charter
- Can I book my flights on my own?
- All commercial tickets must be issued by Global Travel.
- How do I sign up for the commercial Charter flight?
- When you register for the meeting, you will have this option under the Air Travel page.
- How can I get more information about the commercial charter flights?

Air: Corporate Jet Flight
- How do I sign up for the Corporate Jet flight?
- Please contact Global Travel at xxx@fedex.com or (XXX-) XXX-XXXX.
Expenses

Ground Transportation
- Is transportation provided for non-charter flights?
- Yes, when you arrive at the Orlando International airport, look for the signs that say “FedEx Express Officers and Directors Meeting” in and around the baggage and transportation areas. Based on incoming flight schedules, shuttles will run approximately every 30 minutes.
- Do we have transportation provided to and from various Orlando Parks?
- Shuttles are provided by the hotel to some of the parks You will need to check with the hotel for the shuttle schedule.
Meetings/ Breakout Sessions
- When do I have access to the final agenda?
- You will receive the official agenda at registration, which opens on Sunday, July 22 at 3:00 p.m.
Registration
- How do I make changes to an existing registration?
- Use the link and reference number you were provided to access your existing record and make the changes accordingly.
Shipping
- Will FedEx shipping be provided onsite?
- Yes. Be sure, however, that you have your non-revenue account number for any shipping needs. A shipping area will be set up in the DIVA room.
